What: We begin with a talk on 'what is shamanism?' followed by a day of being taught the practice of 'journeying'.
'Journeying' is a shamanic practitioners main tool, a way of entering into a state of altered consciousness to meet and seek guidance from your very own spirit guides.
All done with the aid of the beat of the drum and without the use of plant medicines.
Cost: $100 per hour
